She followed up within a week with a suggested timeline for when things needed to get done so we could list it in a timely fashion. She scheduled and paid for a professional stager who took photos and sent me a detailed report to follow. She was available to text or call when I had any questions, concerns, or updates. Her online presence is amazing! If you want to sell your house quickly, with constant support and communication, Megan is the way to go! We listed my house and, within a couple of days, had an outstanding offer, and we closed in less than a month. The videos she made and posted once we could announce it was coming soon were outstanding. The photos from the company she works with were flawless! "I used Leslie twice. The first time she helped me buy my home in Austin. I was moving from SO-CAL, where the prices were so much higher. I had a budget that she respected but understood, that as a single woman, I didn't need as much house as I budgeted for. She showed me homes in many different communities and pointed out the pros and cons of each. I walked into one property and I knew it was THE ONE! She communicated with me throughout the entire process and negotiated a much lower price than I was prepared to pay, and continued to follow through with suggestions for inspectors, painters, repairmen, and other vendors, always calling to see if I was OK. Leslie was wonderful -- knowledgeable, had great follow-through, smart, personable, and professional. I would use her again, and I did! Ten years later, I contacted Leslie to see if she could sell my house! I had been getting notices and cards throughout the years, which kept me informed about the local real estate market, so I knew she was still in business. Leslie came to my house the day after I called her with information and statistics about my competition and closed sales. She also offered staging advice that I disagreed with. She projected a profile of the potential buyer and suggested that my furnishings did not reflect current thinking in design trends. Although I did not agree, I respected her expertise and pared down my art gallery walls, turned my office into a bedroom, and priced the home fairly. I wanted to list it at a higher price, but she knew the market well enough to price it where it was. We examined four of the best offers and selected the most favorable $5K over the list price. Sorry, this review is so long, but Leslie is that good at both buying and selling.
